About the restaurant: Ocean Prime, from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is situated on the 4th floor of 63 CityCenter retail and hospitality center. The décor features earthy hues intermixed with deep, dark blue shades of water. A spacious rooftop outdoor terrace with umbrellas equipped with heaters, misters and individual sound systems offers views of the Vegas Strip.
Food & Drinks: The menu offers the "smoking" shellfish tower, hand-rolled sushi and nigiri, a wide range of seafood and Prime steak options, and desserts such as the signature ten-layer carrot cake. Menu items exclusive to the Las Vegas outlet include caviar & vodka service and lounge creations such as chips & caviar dip, crispy whole Maine lobster and A-5 Wagyu stix.
