Influences from Asia and the Mediterranean can be seen in the menu's offerings, including pork ribs with Thai chili and harissa-roasted salmon. A five-course tasting menu with wine pairings is a fun way to experience chef Bush's culinary style. A reasonably priced menu and late-night weekend dining are welcome perks to this small touristy town.
