Osteria La Spiga Restaurant Review

: Vaulted ceilings overhang wooden floors and tables in a large, open floor plan, while low suspended lamps add warm, cozy accents. The airy space creates a loud, exciting environment that draws in crowds. Chef/co-owner Sabrina Tinsley is committed to cooking with seasonal ingredients, and her food will intrigue diners who enjoy more “off the beaten path” menus. Among the flavor-packed soups you may discover, a clear meat broth with short strands of breadcrumb-enriched pasta, seasoned with Parmesan and nutmeg; or a robust, verdant spinach version drizzled with fruity olive oil. For the late-night crowd, there is a special evening menu, plus an imaginative cocktail list available from midnight to closing. Sundays' and Mondays' lineup includes local bands playing live music.
