THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Out Take Cafe Restaurant Review:

This austere and often cramped storefront café is no longer the well-kept secret it once was, but maybe upscale food at downscale prices shouldn’t be a secret. The soups are great (especially the Ukrainian borscht and vegetable won ton). So are the amazing chicken panzoti-filled pasta and the steamed mussels (40 of them, in a lemon grass-coconut milk broth). We like the spicy turkey chili and the braised lamb shank.
