Executive chef Eric Nicewarner helms a kitchen dedicated to crafting fresh interpretations of traditional Mexican favorites and house specials highlighting the Michoacán region. Begin your meal with the queso fundido stuffed with mushrooms or sausage and served with house-made tortillas. Heartier appetites may also want an order of the thick, tostada-like sopas piled high with chicken, cabbage and Oaxacan cheese. Main dishes range from generous portions of classics like carnitas and chile verde to harder-to-find entrées like spicy shrimp diablo and chilaquiles.
