One look at the blue and bright yellow walls covered over in vibrant ocean themes and colorful chairs is almost enough to convince patrons that they are submerged in an underwater paradise. The atmosphere at Pacifico sets a festive mood in which to enjoy the restaurant’s new Latin American cuisine. Try the seared yellowfin tuna steak served with a white bean, sweet pepper and pancetta ragoût in a saffron and lime mojito sauce for a delightful blend of sour, sweet and spice. The ebony squid ink fettuccine with a saffron Chardonnay sauce, jumbo shrimp, roasted red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes, too, will please with its unique and complex flavors. The coconut and Key lime tart and a dulce de leche parfait are dessert options.
