Park Bistro has a wonderfully authentic French aura, with its burgundy banquettes, closely spaced tables and upscale French bistro fare that does its job admirably. A watercress and endive salad is a great way to start. Entrées include house specialties like crispy sautéed salmon with creamed spinach, or the popular Long Island sea scallops. The wine list features a selection of reasonably priced labels.
