Pascucci Restaurant Review

: This casual restaurant located steps from the entrance to Paseo Nuevo mall offers traditional Italian food at relatively low prices. Favorite dishes include the Toscano risotto with shrimp, pesto, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes topped with sliced Parmesan, and salads with Pascucci’s zesty dressings, all of which are house-made and available for purchase. The majority of ingredients are sourced locally. For dessert, consider the toffee brownie prepared with butterscotch and served with espresso bean gelato. Weekday lunch specials provide solid value. Pascucci’s is lively with an open kitchen, music that doesn't overwhelm, and two red velour sofas to curl up on next to the cozy fireplace.
