Owner Paul Miller and chef Paul Lewis turned the former Haven space into a more casual restaurant while maintaining the environmentally friendly aspects of the building and the outdoor gardens. Lewis uses local food sources to create a menu with global aspirations: think Black Hill Meats’ lamb shoulder braised in saffron with chickpeas.
