Start with the hot dogs, an all-beef humdinger or a Polish sausage --- loaded with all the trimmings --- or maybe even one of each. You can get them steamed, grilled or fried with a gazillion toppings if you want; we favor the grilled onions and peppers. The buns are good too, and the natural casing dogs pop when you bite them. Brats come from local supplier Patak in Austell. Then comes the hard part: choosing from among the more than 30 ice cream flavors. Try the coffee or chocolate ice cream or perhaps a mango sorbet, especially in summer's heat. The "Garbage Can" combines the flavors of your favorite chocolate bars into a single ice cream, and the carrot cake ice cream really tastes like carrot cake. A private party room makes celebrating a special birthday a cinch.
