Executive chef Jason Wiggins worked for the last two Phillips Chophouse chefs, Kenneth Hardiman and Marshall Roth, which will serve him well as the restaurant and the adjacent 12B are poised to capture some of the wining and dining business from Sprint Center. The focus is on steaks and chops, but that's not to say you should overlook the seafood. Case in point: the slow roasted Tasmanian king salmon with crimson lentils basted in a juniper Pinot Noir gastrique. And how many places still craft crêpes Suzette tableside? When a nightcap is in order, head upstairs to 12B where martinis and hearty bar food rule.
