Pho Paris's décor mirrors the ideology of its menu: chic and urbane French accented with subtle Asian touches. Appetizers include crêpes stuffed with shrimp and chicken and a variety of pho (Vietnamese soup); entrées include ga don thit (chicken breast with a medley of black beans, straw mushrooms, carrots and leeks), gân so (sweet-and-sour scallops with shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, blue cheese and pineapple) and wok-fried tofu with Asian vegetables.
