Pompilio's Restaurant Review:

Tourists know this place as the location for the toothpick scene in the feature film "Rain Man," but long before the film was shot, the restaurant was a legend among Cincinnati and North Kentucky locals. The atmosphere is ultra-casual and the fare is home-style. Favorite dishes include lasagna, ravioli and Italian hoagie sandwiches, to name a few. Traditional Italian entrées and several American specialties also are available. Use pieces of warm, fresh-baked bread to mop up the flavorful house-made sauces. Cheesecake stars for dessert in choices of raspberry and white chocolate, New York-style and tiramisu.
