The Pool

The Pool Restaurant Review:

Following Major Food Group’s launch of The Grill in the space that was long home to The Four Seasons Restaurant, The Pool has debuted as a totally unique version of what was previously named Pool Room. (This venue has the same entrance and address as The Grill, but is a different room.) MFG chef/partner Rich Torrisi directs the seafood-focused menu: surf and turf selections; slow-baked or broiled whole fish. Expect seasonal, shareable sides. An area once used for private dining has been somewhat incorporated and is now The Pool Lounge, which serves as a spot for cocktails. Oceanic themes inform the décor throughout.
