THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Pud Thai Restaurant Review:

The intimate space is tightly set with tables, warmly lit, and adorned with memorabilia from home, including portraits of one of Thailand’s nineteenth century kings, brother, so they say, of the King and I king. Locals like this one for its excellent prices, as most entrées run in the mid-teens. A fine roasted curry duck with tender eggplant costs just $13.95. While many of the dishes are the standards of Thai cooking, such as the pad thai for which the place is named, a few are signature to the place. Choo chee fish, for instance, is a specialty of this restaurant; it’s a dish of grouper in a red curry-coconut milk. Patrons may customize their hotness levels, which range from a mild one chili to a fiery three chilies. There’s a whole raft of vegetarian dishes, and vegetarians may leave any meat off the noodle dishes as well.
