About the restaurant: The Pheasant is housed in a meticulously restored 200-year-old red barn on Cape Cod. The restaurant, formerly known as The Red Pheasant, presents farm-to-table New American fare.
Food & Drinks: The Pheasant sources seasonal ingredients from local farmers and fishermen, so menus frequently change throughout the season. Guests might encounter such dishes as raw local dayboat scallops with rhubarb aguachile; pan-roasted local fish with kohlrabi, sea lettuces, scallions and dashi; and braised beef cheek with polenta, mushrooms and shaved horseradish gremolata. Natural wines, craft beers and cocktails are also available.
