THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Red Tomato Restaurant Review:

The divine Italian food prepared by executive chef Enzo Febbraro is just hitting center stage, although this restaurant remains somewhat underappreciated. With its tomato-colored walls and snappy décor, the Red Tomato makes its own statement and it’s a positive one. We’ve loved the sautéed foie gras on toast splashed with balsamic vinegar to start; and the veal chop served with whipped potatoes and a carrot casserole to follow. Other standouts: the grilled tuna steak and the roasted rack of lamb with an olive-mustard crust. For a refreshing conclusion, try the lemon custard tart. But don’t get too attached to anything, because if you become a repeat customer, this is the kind of place where you want to sample everything.
