Red Water Cafe Restaurant Review:

At Red Water Café, chef-owner David Abrahams offers traditional Hawaiian dishes like saimin (noodle soup) as well as burgers, steaks and local seafood. The space encompasses a dining room, bar and an elevated section with a sushi bar that turns out a selection of sashimi, nigiri and sushi rolls such as the Fuji Roll (tuna, crab, shrimp tempura and avocado prepared tempura style and topped with spicy aïoli). This is a locals’ favorite, but the restaurant also attracts visitors from the posh Kohala Coast resorts.
