THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED One of Boulder's more popular nightspots, the fish achieves an impressive balancing act juggling craft beer, seafood and live music. On the beer side of things, Redfish's creations are some of the state's best---look for Big Easy Pale Ale and Old School ESB. The fish-centered menu includes Cajun influences: grilled tiger shrimp, pan-seared grouper filet and seafood jambalaya. The crème brûlée is heavenly. Weekend nights feature live bands in the back bar room, where smart-setters and Boulder singles shake their tail feathers with beer geeks and students.
