THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Regatta Grill Restaurant Review:

Ever since Laguna Cliffs opened its spa, the cuisine here has shown healthier leanings. Though Regatta Grill's menu could by no means be termed spa cuisine, it's full of light, colorful, inventive dishes that fit right into a low-cal diet. For instance, take the spicy tuna and avocado stack starter, or the marinated tuna over ginger sticky rice with a side of stir-fried vegetables. If you'd prefer something a bit richer, there's Dijon-baked jumbo prawns, New York strip with Gruyere potatoes gratin, or grilled lamb chops with fingerling potatoes. None of it is bar-and-grill fare, but we find it suits the Marriott's sophisticated, epicurean ambience perfectly.
