With a name meaning "little staircase" in Alsatian, this restaurant near the Château de Rohan offers a woodsy interior and a warm welcome, coupled with the contemporary originality of Michel Jaeckel's lively cuisine, seen in dishes like coriander shrimp salad, bretzel brunoise, sweetbreads ravioli with morel mushroom and fava beans, and strawberries and lemon on a pistachio cookie.
