Ristorante Sandolo has been redecorated and now the room looks warmer and more Italian. The menu has also been revised. Look for pasta dishes and entrées such as osso buco, veal chop and New York Strip (Italian-style, of course). For dessert, try the crème brûlée, served in a sandolo-shaped pastry shell. An entrée earns you a ticket for a gondola ride around the man-made lagoon. Take it. It's fun!
