Rock Bottom is part of a chain of restaurant-breweries, but each location creates its own beers, including one or two special brews. In Cleveland, hickory-smoked filet mignon is stuffed with roasted garlic in a creamy Jack Daniels and Gorgonzola sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and tender-crisp vegetables. Pork adobo is a large platter of tender pork slices with a horseradish cream sauce spiked with Southwestern flavors. Vegetarians might prefer angel hair pasta with smoked tomatoes, onions, basil, roasted garlic and Asiago cheese; a salad of marinated and seared ahi served chilled over wasabi slaw will satisfy seafood lovers. Desserts are large enough for two to share. Service is friendly and attentive at this spacious restaurant.
