THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Rock Creek Restaurant Review

: Rock Creek analyzes each and every dish it offers, assaying the usual culprits---fat, calories, cholesterol, sodium, carbs and sugars---and prints them all outright on the menu. There's no ducking responsibility, guys, so if you are busy tallying what you eat, here's as good a place as any to begin. Of course, you might be surprised when you learn that the vegetarian roasted vegetable sandwich totals a whopping 23 fat grams and 530 calories, when the grilled pork tenderloin comes in at 2.5 fat grams and a mere 370 calories. Besides allowing you to feel good about what you eat, the Rock Creek kitchen works very hard to cook and serve food that tastes delicious. And if you have stinted on calories for the main course, you won't feel so badly about ordering the strawberry soup with panna cotta for dessert. Why, that offers only 120 calories, and the merest 1 fat gram. You may even have two or three of these desserts and go home with your sweet tooth satisfied. And a note to those who wish to eat on-the-go: call ahead, order by credit card and by the time you arrive, you'll get curbside service.
