Rothmann's Steakhouse has an appropriately clubby interior with leather booths, brass accents and a wine list of 500-plus bottles. It boasts the finest quality, dry aged beef and the menu is as one would expect, with every cut of beef represented and sides ordered à la carte. The service is casual and friendly; here the waiters won't grimace if a diner decides to order something other than beef.
