Smack in the middle of bustling Faneuil Hall, Rustic Kitchen remains surprisingly true to the character of sleepy simplicity its name suggests. Though a few entrées don’t make it past the drawing board, house-made pastas and pizzas are way better than they need to be in tourist central. Likewise, the service is friendlier than you have a right to expect.
