THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Saigon Times Restaurant Review:

The Saigon Times occupies ground floor and basement premises right in the middle of Leadenhall Market (a wonderful Victorian edifice). The restaurant is owned by the company that also owns the classic French Luc’s Restaurant on the first floor and a French influence is evident on this menu, too, notably a French section which includes grilled lamb chop with chickpea purée and supreme of chicken. The basement restaurant gets crowded at lunchtimes, but seldom in the evenings, although this is gradually changing as The City generally, and this area in particular, is also being transformed.
