About the restaurant: Salvatore’s is a long-running Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the Meridian tower. It caters to a serious, food-loving crowd that returns for the professional service and authentic cuisine.
Food: The menu represents many regions around the Italian boot. Dishes such as osso buco with risotto Milanese and breaded veal scaloppine with black truffle all contribute to proprietor/chef Raffaella Morelli’s success. We also like the black mussels in a garlicky tomato broth, the spinach ricotta ravioli, and the homemade meatball appetizer.
