There's something to be said for the expected. At Sam Seltzer's, patrons know what they're going to get---good steaks, a choice of traditional sides, an occasional surprise. The menu makes no bones about what is the prime moo-ver for this restaurant---beef! Selections range from a 16-ounce New York strip to a ten-ounce filet mignon, from a 20-ounce roast prime rib of beef to a 32-ounce version called Sam’s mega cut for the healthy appetite. Don’t forget to look for the mini-herd of full-size plaster cow statues in the front yard. Appetizers are somewhat typical---shrimp cocktail, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks.
