In honor of the royal wedding, the Four Seasons Resort, The Biltmore Santa Barbara is featuring a British Biltmore Celebration (BBC) throughout April. Events include Royal Afternoon Tea on Fridays and Saturdays as well as traditional British dishes like fish and chips and shepherd's pie served at Bella Vista, "British Invasion" music nights on Thursdays and specialty cocktails like the "Middletini" at Ty Lounge, The Royal Treatment spa package, and British sports on the Monte Vista Lawn on Sundays (with the exception of Easter). Chef Brian Parks of Coast Restaurant & Bar has been keeping busy in and out of the kitchen. His "Ready, Set, Cook!" cooking classes feature local, seasonal seafood and produce, while his Creole-inspired brunch brings the flavors of the south to Santa Barbara. Wine Cask now offers an interactive evening with chef Brandon Hughes. The personalized taste of the restaurant includes seats at the oversize bar in the main dining room, from which guests can interact with chef Hughes throughout dinner: a three-course farmers market meal with local wine pairings to accompany the ingredient-driven menu.
