This is one of the few Indian vegetarian restaurants serving food from the Gujarat, in the northwest corner of the country. The buffet offers good bhel puri, crispy samosas, a wide selection of Gujarati-style vegetable dishes, crêpe-like dosas and thicker, pancake-like uttapams. Try the sweet ras mali, a custardy milk dessert.
