Broken Shaker and Bay Club alum Brian Griffiths, along with executive chef Cleophus Hethington, opened Shelley's along the pedestrian-laden Sunset Drive. Well balanced bottle cocktails like El Demonio (mixing tequila, blackberry, habanero, galanga and citrus), Moscow mules on draft and frose wash down unexpected delectable offerings like mofongo fritters, swordfish and oxtails, and fish collars (from the day's catch) coated in sherry and mustard jus. Dessert features red wine sorbet. There's also dollar oyster happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
