THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Shula's Steak House Restaurant Review:
It may seem downright corny to dedicate a restaurant to one winning season, but the 1972 Miami Dolphins will tell you, it was a season by which to measure all others. And the coach who led them to victory, Don Shula, lends his expertise to this winning steakhouse, with large paneled rooms, pleasantly dim lighting, wonderful chairs and a caring staff. And, of course, there are those big Black Angus steaks, every cut juicy and prepared to perfection, with lots of vegetable accompaniments. A basic meal of yore---martinis, icy oysters, blood red steak and potatoes, with creamed spinach, as well---may end with a chocolate soufflé. And it might just make you forget Fusion cuisine for a while.
