THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Signature Restaurant Review

: Owned by five siblings of the Ly family, The Signature serves an extensive menu of authentic Vietnamese dishes handed down in the family from generation to generation. A standout among Seattle’s vast array of Vietnamese restaurants for both quality and price, this spot proves you can go out in pricey Lower Queen Anne without emptying the wallet. The inviting dining room is painted in soothing earth tones and offers comfortable banquettes with stylish throw pillows, and the outdoor deck gives diners a chance to enjoy Seattle’s sunnier days, as well as special happy hours. Bold flavors are featured in the spicy beef rice-noodle soup packed with a bright punch from the lemon grass broth. Quail is marinated in traditional Vietnamese seasonings of fresh lemon leaves, shallots, sesame oil and fresh herbs, and then grilled over an open flame. Within walking distance of Seattle Center, The Signature is a terrific option before or after the ballet or theatre.
