Starr Boggs restaurant resides in a converted house right on the bay in Westhampton Beach village. It is known as one of the classiest joints in the area, and is very centrally located right on the marina. The Monday night lobster bake, complete with an appetizer buffet and a surf ‘n’ turf style lobster and steak main, is a good option in the summertime. The restaurant also offers regular prix-fixe menus, like Sunday's Gravy Night with Italian specialties. À la carte, we suggest the lobster bisque with brandy cream, Maryland crab cake and roasted East Coast halibut with lobster sauce. While a variety of meat options abound, stick with seafood here to see Starr Boggs shine. The wine list is assembled with the advisement of Starr Boggs himself, who has an extensive personal collection of wines that lend inspiration to the list. There is also an extensive specialty cocktail list including a “figlet” martini with fig, the light Starr-Gar-Ita and a blackberry mojito.
