THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Taipei Tokyo Cafe #2 Restaurant Review:

The second in the family of Taipei Tokyo Cafés, this looks more like a tearoom than a dual-purpose Asian restaurant. The drill, the prices and the menu are the same as with its older sister restaurant, but it's less crowded (you'll probably always find a seat) and weekends mean a limited dim sum selection. You also won't find the noodle maker on display; all the kitchen work goes on behind closed doors. The sushi bar is quite attractive, and in addition to a bowl of handmade noodles in a soup or stew, you may want to order the handsome dragon roll or other sushi creation. Any of the hot pot dishes are good for a chilly day.
