Just blocks from Key Arena, Taqueria Jalisco is a pre-event favorite. Part of a locally-owned chain, this location is the only spot qualifying as a bonafide “taqueria.” Located across from the original Jalisco, it's bigger, brighter, and noisier than its laid-back cousin. Why two locations? Perhaps because the big portions and cheap margaritas routinely pack the house. In addition to familiar Tex-Mex enchiladas, flautas, chalupas, chimichangas and fajitas, there are a variety of soft tacos, flaming chicken and shrimp skillet creations, and a hearty green chili pork stew.
