Ted's Bulletin in Logan Circle joins the original location on Capitol Hill. Like its predecessor, this outpost serves a hearty, all-American breakfast, with such fare as a breakfast burrito or a stack of pancakes --- fortunately, you can select one of these dishes all day long. Executive chef Jacob Hunter's comfort food includes items like grilled cheese made with Wonder Bread and served with Ted's favorite tomato soup, and meatloaf with Mingo County ketchup glaze. The bar offers counter seating and seats facing the window providing people-watching opportunities. Don't forget the shakes, thick, rich classics with even a few "adult" versions with a splash of added liquor.
