Philly cheese steaks are the name of the game here. Fairly true to the original, Texadelphia cheese steaks are filled with thinly sliced sirloin topped with grilled onions and mozzarella wedged in a hoagie roll. But you can add some Texas touches like jalapeños and picante sauce for toppers if you like. They also serve a chicken version of the cheese steak along with burgers, an Italian sub and other sandwiches.
