In the strange DC world of wanna-be Thai restaurants, this Arlington place falls way short of good with its odd assortment of Thai dishes overlaid with a strong Chinese patina. We hunted through the short menu for the traditional dishes. In the end, we settled for the sautéed shrimp with pineapple which tasted suspiciously like a sweet and sour shrimp, a special duck dish, and to start, the battered and fried calamari and soft shell crab. If it's real Thai food you are after, this is not the place. But if you want a kicky Asian-style experience in pleasant surroundings, then stop in for a bite or two. At least the waitstaff are pleasant and helpful.
