The Hampton Inn breakfast bar is legendary among road warriors, but beachcombing tourists will get even more from this Hilton family branch with a full service restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Timbuktu lends a touch of exotica (think Indiana Jones backlot décor) to travelers and locals alike while it trots out crowd-pleasing takes on chicken, pasta, seafood, steaks and salads to tame the finicky and satisfy the fashionable. In deference to its name and décor, North African and Mediterranean selections include lamb tajine but baby-back ribs will take you back to your bearings in the Southeast U.S.
