![]() : The bistro's ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal fare (such as the shad roe “bacon and eggs”) is enlivened by chef Todd Jurich's fascination with Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian cuisines. Crab is a highlight, served a number of ways: in soups, crab cakes and in a jumbo lump crab-stuffed flounder, to name a few. Other favorites include rye-roasted foie gras; seared day boat scallops with saffron risotto, fennel pickles and preserved oranges; and USDA Prime Harris Ranch rib-eye with Pinot pan glaze and duck fat fries. It’s all complemented by a notable wine list. Aficionados know to sign up early for Jurich’s renowned winemaker dinners and monthly “Todd and Friends” cooking classes. The grab ‘n’ go kiosk in the SunTrust lobby next door offers daily breakfast and lunch items straight from the bistro's kitchen. |
