Think Mexican food and weight watching don't go together? Think again. Top Shelf is tops in that area. The menu is divided into two sides: one for gluttons, the other for fitness fanatics. Light and Healthy selections proudly display their nutritional counts and promise less than 10 grams of fat per serving. Both menus offer the usual Mexican favorites and you may have a hard time telling if your dish is from the fit or fat side.
