OPENING TBA --- Chef Ray Garcia (Broken Spanish) will team up with restaurateur Beau Laughlin (Atrium, Kettle Black, Sawyer) on Trademark in downtown Los Angeles. Expect to sample seasonal California fare borrowing flavors and ingredients from all food cultures. After ascending a grand staircase, guests will encounter an 80-seat dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a terrace and a bar.
