Seasonally inspired fare for a reasonable price is the name of the game at Trestle, a concept from the Stones Throw team. The three-course prix-fixe menu ($35) changes every day, but diners can expect to find dishes like roasted sunchoke soup with confit egg yolk; sausage-stuffed chicken with pain perdu, red Russian kale, melted leeks and cranberries; and chocolate devil’s food cake with honey-milk chocolate pudding, Asian pears and honeycomb. A pasta course is available for an additional $10.
