![]() : To name a resort a Casino, Brewery & Hotel indicates it means business, and indeed Triple 7’s brews are tasty and well-crafted. They nicely complement the brew food, supplemented by a nine-seat sushi bar. The pub draws a good crowd, and a spirit of bonhomie permeates the room, which features gleaming glassed-in copper and brass serving tanks. The Brewmaster's Special and Reserve beers offer craft specialties such as cherry stouts and IPAs. Chefs in the tile-walled open kitchen turn out a variety of hearty platters. Brewery burger winners include the mushroom burger with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese on an onion roll. Among Brewmaster's favorites is a savory full- or half-rack of porter-sauced barbecue pork ribs. Go for the tasty signature dishes, such as the Monterrey chicken sandwich --- marinated chicken breast topped with pepper jack cheese and roasted red pepper, or the five-cheese pizza with zesty Roma tomato sauce. Served with at least two spoons, desserts include a strawberry shortcake sundae and the signature deep-fried cheesecake. A late-night menu served until 7 a.m. offers a mix of breakfast items, burgers and sandwiches. |
