Aldo Lamberti has been pleasing his customers with reasonably priced Italian cooking for more than 25 years. Formerly a Lamberti Cucina, this location was the first in the chain and now features sun-kissed Tuscan colors, warm brick, terra-cotta tile and an outdoor patio. Besides thin-crusted pizza from the wood-fired oven, the menu offers comfort foods like veal Marsala, mussels in wine over pasta and a cheesy rigatoni al forno. Appetizers can be combined and served family-style, typical of the abondanza approach taken here, and the signature antipasto is available by the pound. Desserts include tiramisu, an ever-changing selection of cakes, and the occasional tartufo.
