But don’t expect a down-on-the-farm setting. Instead, savvy restaurateur Edward Bianchini---who ran a boutique inn and restaurant in the south of France---goes for buttoned-down swank, infusing a come-hither creativity in both Tweed’s setting and fetching menu. The sexy bar is perfect for a date night drink. Tweed offers happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and late-night happy hour Monday through Saturday from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
