Chefs Douglas Keane (Cyrus) and Sang Yoon (Father's Office, Lukshon) teamed up to create Two Birds/One Stone, located at Freemark Abbey winery in St. Helena. The Japanese-inspired menu might feature fried cauliflower with garlic-chili sauce; grilled striped bass with wok-roasted tokyo turips and ginger-shiso dashi froth; and crispy Sonoma duck leg with "Peking glaze" and tamarind sauce. Among beverages you'll find exclusive wines, local draft beers, American and Japanese whiskeys and craft cocktails.
