Try a fun cocktail like the Bikini Bottom made with Malibu rum, Tanqueray gin and pineapple juice served in a glass with a toasted coconut rim, or share a Fire Bowl comprising Absolut Pears, Mandarin and Apeach. You can snack on Peruvian-style club tacos made with juicy braised pork belly and grilled chicken finished with a jalapeño garlic aïoli, spicy Buffalo calamari, or a chicken and Gorgonzola quesadilla to share. An Asian-style chicken sesame salad is also available. There is a build-your-own burger menu that features all the traditional toppings and some cool finds, like Sriracha mayo, chimichurri and pico de gallo. |
